When you visit any new home community, take several copies of the our registration form. As you visit each model home, fill out the form and hand it to the Sales Representative. They will fill out a portion and hand a copy back to you. If the representative insists on using their in house registration form, make absolutely sure Loudoun Homes is listed as your agent, on their form, and that you retain a copy

 When you are ready to make a final selection of the Builder and select models/options and write a contract, just give Lee Konowe (Prinicpal Broker, Loudoun Homes) a call at 703-391-9200.

 At this point you will need to decide whether you wish Loudoun Homes to represent you as your buyer agent (written Buyer Agency Agreement required). If you so elect we will provide our full range of buyer services and provide a 1/2% closing credit* up to $3,500 on the base price of your new home.
